"My partner and I are relocating back to Seattle after living in San Francisco for one year and spent an entire weekend looking at different properties in Seattle. We came across 2 listings from North Pacific Properties and met Larissa, the agent that showed us both properites. First, let me say that we own two investment properties in Seattle and have worked with real estate agents and proerty management companies in the past and our experience with Larissa and North Pacific Properties by far exceeded all of our expectations. Larissa was very open and honest with us and never pressured to sign a lease. She took the time to answer all of our questions. "I first used NPPM to rent my house when i was unable to sell in 2010. I was moving out of state and needed to find quality renters quickly. Larissa was a huge help. She took great pictures, walked me through what her process would be, what she could help me with and why, etc. I couldn't have been happier with my interactions with her and was SUPER happy with the renters she found and qualified. They loved my house and I knew they and NPPM would take great care of it. I was able to move across the country and not have to worry about it because I knew it was in good hands. Then comes 2011. My tenants unexpectedly and without advance notice buy a house and want to move out at the end of the month. ACK. I decided that it was as good a time as any to try to sell it again. Joshua Fant (one of the owners of NPPM) was an absolute gift. He was always totally up front and honest when I asked for his advice, and made a painful process as efficient and effective as anyone could have asked for, in fact going well above and beyond the call of duty to help make it happen. I was a first time landlord and then a first time home seller in less than ideal conditions all around, and NPPM was absolutely the right choice to help me through it. I can't recommend them highly enough."
