Larissa Sweeney has spent the last 15 years becoming a Puget Sound expert in the field of Real Estate Finance. She has covered every corner of the industry, from commercial and residential wholesale lending, local and nationwide builders, developers and retail mortgage lending. Her breadth and depth of experience makes her extremely knowledgeable and resourceful when working to satisfy her client’s needs.

Larissa is also a licensed Real Estate Broker which gives her a leg up when valuing, staging and marketing our client’s properties. In her current role as Sales and Marketing Director for North Pacific Properties, she helps homeowners meet their financial goals by finding great tenants to rent their properties. She achieves this through an integrated marketing, sales and management strategy that reduces the stress our clients come to us experiencing. Her approach embarks confidence that she will find you the right tenant, at the right price, at the right time therefore minimizing the cost associated with vacancies.

When not working, Larissa enjoys all the outdoor activities afforded by the Pacific Northwest. She is an avid runner and hiker who loves’ spending time high in the mountains with her beloved goldendoodle, Woody. She is also a highly involved volunteer for the Seattle Animal Shelter (SAS), where she and her dog Woody spread cheer visiting nursing homes as part of the SAS pet therapy program.
