His career began in 1995 with a major national firm specializing in investment property. He has been involved in investment transactions of various sizes and product types but he specializes in NNN retail and restaurant properties.

His real estate experience includes sales, leasing, tenant improvement, negotiations, budgets and oversight, preparation of monthly financial statements, operating and construction budgets, variance to budget reports, CAM reconciliations, and cash flow analysis. He also has extensive experience as a CEO, business and property owner. He has spent the better part of his career in commercial real estate, business development, management and e-commerce.
