Throughout my career as a Real Estate Broker, I have assisted many clients with projects to renovate and update their existing rental properties to effectively draw a higher rental price and have many years of experience in working with 1031 Exchanges, assisting clients with the sale and purchase of properties, significantly increasing Net Operating Income (and saving valuable tax dollars too!).
