Erica Gretch

Erica Gretch is a Seattle native with unique ties to local housing markets. Growing up, Erica worked for her family’s residential home building business, learning everything from real estate financing and pricing new construction to staging model homes and selecting standard finishes for new developments. Her knowledge of homes and housing markets led her to a career in real estate, where she has an opportunity to support clients throughout the process of buying, selling or managing properties. In her spare time, Erica enjoys crafting, DIY interior design projects, and spending time with her husband and two boys.
