About Me
Kara is a true professional with a savvy background in business and international real estate investment. Her over five-year experience in the business of property management and real estate development, she has created very close and trusted relationships with Chinese investors. Kara offers seamless service to her international clientele and has established close and invaluable relationships with a number of prominent financial institutions. Kara consistently brings her strong attention to detail and organization skills to all tasks, providing a seamless transaction experience for her clientele, and she prides herself on her strong specializations in social networking and international coordination between buyers and sellers in China and the US. After growing up in China, Kara earned a B.S. of Finance in Investment from the University of Ulster in the UK, moving on to obtain a Master’s Degree in International Management from Portland State University. She currently lives in Kirkland with her husband and their fluffy cat and naughty dog, and has a passion for traveling and expanding her knowledge of diverse cultures. She speaks English, Mandarin Chinese, & Japanese.
