Kara Schmidt

I’m a Washington native who was born in the Tri-Cities and moved to the Seattle area in 2015. After moving, I became a mortgage loan processor where I learned to work with different types of home buyers, sellers, and brokers. During my time as a processor, I had many opportunities to work with real estate investors, veterans, and many more. In addition, through my own ventures, I have knowledge on vacant land development as well. I specialize in working with first time buyers to help answer questions, ease some nerves, and give an overall great experience. I firmly believe in a no pressure transaction.
