Kaylynn was born in Southern California and relocated to Washington at a young age and considers the NW to be her permanent home. She has worked in the Real Estate industry for well over 10 years, starting out as a personal assistant to a top producing broker in the area as she finished her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington. During those years she also worked in home staging, did remodel design for developers and has established her own real estate photography business.
Understanding many dynamics of the real estate industry, Kaylynn is consistent in keeping up with market trends, housing patterns and marketing techniques to ensure the highest level of service is delivered. She works alongside a team with an elite top broker and a collective group of lenders, inspectors and other industry professionals.
