Real estate is my passion! I learned about real estate at a young age from my dad, who encouraged my siblings and me to help with maintenance at the triplex he saved for many years to buy.

My husband and I bought our first house shortly after we got married. I still remember the thrill of being a first time homeowner! In the last 40 years, I have been through some of the ups and downs in the market, and I am still a die hard fan... whether you are buying a home, a vacation getaway or an investment... real estate is a great way to build long term financial security.

I have been a licensed Broker in the state of Washington since 2000, and obtained my Managing Brokers license in 2007. In addition to real estate, I have a passion for contracts, and worked in corporate law, as a paralegal, for a few years. My specialty is licensing compliance.

What does corporate law have to do with real estate, you ask? For both, attention to detail is critical! I have the knowledge, experience and passion to make your home buying experience a positive one. I love helping my clients with their search! I treat all my clients as if they are a member of my family. I view my role as that of an adviser ... I work hard to educate my clients so that they are comfortable and confident with their decision.
