I’m Tamar Singleton, a Washington State real estate broker with North Pacific Properties. After more than 20 years as a paralegal, I made a thoughtful pivot into real estate in 2018—bringing with me a strong foundation in contracts, attention to detail, and client advocacy. After careful consideration, I chose North Pacific Properties as the place to grow my business and proudly call NPP home.I serve clients throughout Washington State, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with clarity and confidence. Known for my professionalism, integrity, and calm, solutions-focused approach, I am deeply committed to delivering results while keeping my clients informed and supported every step of the way.Every client and every transaction is unique. I take the time to understand your goals, communicate transparently, and tailor my approach to meet your specific needs. By combining market insight, strong negotiation skills, and a genuine dedication to service, I work to ensure a smooth and successful experience from start to finish. When I’m not working with clients, I’m a proud mom supporting my son through his involvement with the Red-Tailed Hawks and the Civil Air Patrol at Joint Base Lewis-McChord. I’m honored to witness the journey of one of America’s future Black pilots as he works toward earning his wings.
