It’s located nine miles north of Seattle, just north of Northgate and straddling I-5 from Lake Forest Park to Richmond Beach Saltwater Park. Shoreline Community College, one of the most robust community college academic programs in the area, supports this city through community service activities with its diverse student population. Spend an afternoon at Shoreline’s Historical Museum learning about the region’s beginnings, and wrap up the day watching the sun go down along Puget Sound.
